Athletic Swing

I read an article in the recent Golf Tips entitled "Is Your Swing Out Of Date" and I really liked what I read about the "Athletic Swing" they described that most modern pros are using today. Their practice drills sucked, but what they said makes sense and for someone like me who has that C shaped swing my back always hurts a bit at the end of a day of golf. I'd love to hear if other people have any good pointers or links to that "Athletic Swing" they talk about that rotates instead of slides/shifts.

On a related note, I read the Right Hand Drill article as well (from the forum links) and tried it at the range last night but must have missed something as it wasn't flowing for me. I plan on rereading it and printing it for tomorrows range session. It didn't mention that type of swing explicitly but the rotation and the importance of the right hand seemed to correlate to what Golf Tips was trying to get across.

So in short, does anyone know of any good drills and routines to get the rotate ingrained and performant for someone coming from the classic C style swing?

Thanks again all...

Sean
