| Lifting in Backswing I did some video work today and noticed that my spine angle was decreasing half way through my backswing causing me to be very laid off at the top of the swing. Does anyone have any thing for me to try and fix this. I read a post a while back where pnearn said that by pressing the balls of his feet into the ground at address this helps him maintain spine angle. I am keeping my right knee flexed well, just changing the plane of the shoulders going back. Thanks in advance for the help. Bill |
