Pause and Rythmn

I really struggled with my rythmn this weekend, felt very rushed with all my clubs bar the driver

Finally tried having a much more delibrate pause at the top of myswingand it all clicked again. Played the back 9 in 39. Sometimes it seems I dont trust myself to complete the backswing and rush down which totally throws off my timing

Anyone else have any good rythmn tips?
