annikas swing

to me annika seems to have a swing that uses mostly her arms but she is very accurate and a fairly long driver for the women. She also seems very balanced for most of her swing, what do you think about her swing?

It's effortless timing. She relies a lot on should and arm strenght and works out hard (notice how muscle-toned she has become over this season). She then adds wicked wrist action at release to gain great clubhead speed.

The lack of full-body rotation probably loses her some additional yards, but helps her keeping it down the middle.

I agree she has an effortless looking swing. But I feel its her body motion that gets her the additional yardage. Everything seems to flow together with perfect timing (arms, shoulders, body). No one part plays a bigger role than the other.

Whats really noticeable in her swing is the amount of body rotation she employs just after impact. She gets into a good impact position but then lays on the power by really firing her hips around which straightens her right arm

Its textbook stuff apart from possibly her head position
