| pushing i am 16 years old, and just started golfing last august. I currently shoot in the low to mid 40's , but i am struggling with pushing the ball to the right. It used to be my driver but now it is happening in my irons as well, although not as often. Everybody says i have i good natural swing, but i cannot find out the problem. A scratch golfer told me i might be comming to inside-out and not closing the clubface. Any Help would be appreciated. thank you |

| HI kguldi, Here are some areas that can cause you to push the ball, go through each and eleiminate them. 1. Ball Position - Is the ball positioned too far back in your stance. Go through the ball position drill here. 2. Are your feet too wide. Should be just inside shoulder width with irons, slighlty wider with woods. 3. Body Alignment - Your feet, hips, and shoulders may be aiming right of parallel to the ball to target line. Go through the body alignment lesson here. 4. Posture - Your weight may be positioned too much on your heels causing a flatter swing plane. Your weight should be positioned evenly on the balls of your feet. Let me know how you get on.
