My swing with driver and 8iron (again)

Hi all,
Here are the latest videos of my swing. May have to wait a little while until they get approved. I did managed to get front on shots as the lane in front of me was empty at the time. Sorry I couldnt get a more fuller shot but thats as far as the camera will go back.

I have been working on
- not using my hands as much on the takeaway.
- hitting against my left side.
- Connecting with the ball first then make a divot 1 inch in front of the ball.

My bad shots still tend to be pulls though. If anyone can give me tips as to why this may be would be great.
