Re: Instructions on using Momentus Swing Trainer...

I don't have one, but I've swung one.

It should be used slowly, I know that much for sure. I had an instructor use it to get me to feel what a body-actuated swing feels like, vs trying to hit with my hands and arms.

I get the same effect grabbing a shovel and swinging it the same way (body, not hands).

i seen the comercial, it says start it 18 inches forward and let it swing back and then let it swing forward, basically just let it swing for you it get the feel of what a "good" swing is

Instead of paying $100.00 bucks for one, why not take an old 5 iron and fill the shaft with concrete etc.?

I got one for 20.00. Just looking for the instructions/drills in addition to what is on TV (the Fred Funk swing demo).
