Re: eyes or eye on the ball

Hi,

We all have strange mannerisims when we swing, my advice would be not to worry, I also have a slight tilt of the head before takeaway.

You may find you have a very strong dominant eye, hence the turning of the head, you should never try to keep it still on takeaway only at impact.

Hope this helps

Ian.

Re: eyes or eye on the ball

I find the same thing happens on my backswing, which makes the ball appear to shift a little, breaking my focus. I take this as a sign that I'm over swinging. Lately, I've been trying to get a feel for only swinging back as far as a I can and still have both eyes on the ball. It feels like I'm only taking a partial swing, but the results are great.
