| knee pain hi, i am a righty and i have torn my medial meniscus on my left knee. i thought golf was for life! or free of injuries unlike other sports. is there something in my swing that could have caused this. looks like i am going to have to have surgery as i have a painful clicking now when i walk on the inside of my left knee and forget playing, too painful. if it can help someone else to avoid this, any advise would be helpful thanks pat |

| Re: knee pain The only thing I could think of is trying to striaghten your left knee on the follow through. It seems Tiger and a lot of the newer touring pros are doing this. I think even Tiger had knee problems from doing this. Old school was to maintain some knee flex throughout the swing. |
