Cool My Golf Swing

Hi, I'm chris
I'm 14 and posted below is my teeshot. Although it didn't get very high, it was a downhill hole and it went 260 yards (one of my better ones).
any tips would be appreciated

Re: My Golf Swing

You overswing quite a bit, and you seem to not have a balanced finish. It looks to me as if you have left your weight on your right side. Apart from that looks quite good.

Re: My Golf Swing

looks pretty good you have to quiet the legs down a bit your over rotating and not getting the lower body thru the swing, don't let the left knee bend so much build more torque in your waist, keep your legs more still it will help ya on your finish, your falling back on your right leg at finish. besides that get a new ruler that ball only went 210 yards that or your camera is pretty slow, lol just kidding. slow down the back swing working on keeping the feet planted firmly, ya have a good looking swing.

Re: My Golf Swing

1st of all you have a great swing. impact postion is excellent - very straight left wrist, very connected left arm and you are well behind the ball at impact. The are only 3 things I see. 1) You ball position is a bit towards the middle of your stance for a driver 2) At the top of the backsing you can almost draw a line from your right leg to your left shoulder which means your shoulders are even or ahead of the ball - however you do compensate for this nicely on the downsing, in any case it should be the opposite - you should be able to draw a line from your LEFT leg to your left shoulder at the top of the swing and 3) your weight falls to your right foot at the end of your follow through - weight should be on your left foot. Again though - excellent swing.
