| Re: When i'm all coiled up what next? Think about a whip. Relaxed and ready to throw the handle hard. Legs (the handle), Hips, Torso, Shoulders, Arms, Hands will all be accelerated in that order. |

| Re: When i'm all coiled up what next? If you're all coiled up, and can hold that coil in order to think, either: a) You're not coiled enough, or b) You're superhuman in both terms of strength and flexibility. Either way, for me, starting with unwinding the hips works well. |
