Iron problems! please help!

well i have used the search facility but nothing really answered my question. The thing is my game seemed to be going so well with my irons i was accurate with distance etc. but couldn't use my driver so i altered my swing for my driver bringing it inside a little more and that worked great now however all my irons i am terible with anything below a 7 cant be hit. so any ideas on solving this or drills would be useful.

Hi Adam,

I think the best thing for you is to work on the fundimentals, although a little boring, with a 38 h/capp you need to set some foundation up.

Start with stance and ball position, then grip. Try setting up and taking some still photos match them to a few books for reference, you can than work on these at home everyday until the changes feel comfortable.


The answer to your question probably lies in the ball position, but work on the basics first.
