problem with head movement

Hi all - been looking at my swing on tape again and have my usual problems still in place! namely maybe going back a touch flat, crossing the line slightly at the top, coming down too steep on the ball (possibly with touch of straightening).

What i have noticed of late is that when looking from behind my head goes forward slightly (ie towards the ball) in the backswing then raises at the top of the backswing. Must be something today with weight distribution somewhere in my swing - anyone have any ideas?
