Problem with straightening of the right hand

Gents,
I have a small problem. I am working on my swing a lot recently and all seems to be on right path. I have worked out a good stance, weight shift, flat left wrist at impact, decent lag, etc. etc. The only thing which is worrying me now is that although my whole left arm appears to work correctly, I feel my right arm doesn't, especially elbow and wrist.
I feel my arm is not straight enough in elbow during impact and my wrist is tending to overpower my left one - the result (sometimes) is a lot of thin shots (both with irons as well as with woods).
I like to have both hands extended fully at impact as all good swingers have...
Any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Problem with straightening of the right hand

It's called "swatting". Check out Greg Willis's "Right hand drill" or strap on Greg Norman's "The Secret" and hit it until you get the feel of the "angle" in the right hand. Until you quit swatting, it will always feel like you describe.

Good Luck,

Chessbum....

first step in figuring this out is to realize all good swingers ARE NOT EXTENDED at impact
