what is a good way to pratice my swing indoors points to look for any ideas for good at home lessons lady indoors says i must watch her vase thanks oldsean

Get your self a picture of a pro swing sequence (frame by frame), tape it to the wall next to a mirror. Do sllllooowwww swing and try to match in the mirror, what is on the picture. I never do a full speed swing in the house, forget the vase, you gotta worry about that divot with a full swing, and that hole in the celling you will make...lol...at which point the lady is gonna show you a perfect swing when she grabs one of your clubs to beat you with..lol

Oldsean,

Mirror is also good for checking set up, spine angle, posture and so on. If the mirror isn't an option, try a door that has a majority of glass in it and practice at night with the light on. You'll be able to see yourself quite clearly.
