| Trunk i just took some fitness test and it showed i had bad rotation in my trunk, but i really didnt get any good exercises to do, just wondering if any of u have done exercises that u can give and how have they helped you out. |

| Re: Trunk I'm assuming you did a standard fitness assessment and not an assessment done by a Physical Therapist. If so there are lots of reasons why you scored poorly. This said there are lots of programs available to improve flexibility. I'm a big believer in dynamic flexibility more so than static flexibility. Check out www.performbetter.com and the training zone section. I've been to several of their seminars and really like the medicine ball program.
