| Re: Hands & Arms bdbl Great to hear you are making good progress. A good shoulder led body rotation is definietly the way to go In answer to the leg question I *personally* wouldnt try and worry too much about the back leg other than to make sure on the backswing that as your shoudlers turn you keep the weight on the inside of the leg and maintain a little flex in your right knee. Dont overdo this as this will give you too much tension and you want a nice flowing motion Same on the way down, just feel that nice rotation back through the ball. How you 'lead' that rotation is up to you and your feel. Some drive the knees, others the hips. I like to feel as if its my chest turning through the ball as I have fast hips. Once you work this out your legs will just respond to the piece thats pulling the engine so to speak |
