Looking for a good instructor in North NJ

I was wondering if anyone knows a good instructor in the northeast NJ area. I live in secaucus and work in parsippany so anyone between those two points would be great. I am hoping to find someone that I can work with periodically on an ongoing basis that can help me work with what I have and make it better. I am not looking to spend the kind of money for a David Glenz type instructor.

Any suggestions? guys you've worked with? Approximate cost?

Any help is appreciated.
