OK, How does this grip look

I think I finally have this working now. In a previous thread I said that I had weakened my grip as I noticed on a video that my left hand was so strong at impact and at set up. Once I changed to this everything became straight to a control fade. On this picture, I didn't finish my forward press yet before the guy snapped the picture so try not to judge that The first is the new grip and the second is the old.

I clearly can see the new grip is better than the in the second photo. I am not qualified to say if it is perfect or not though.
