| Re: one plane swing Arms will come generally with the body, becase you have them in a loaded position against the shoulders...if the shoulders move so go the arms. Becase you have restricted your hip turn back, any rotation forward with the hips will rotate the shoulders as well. So there is full connection in this 1P swing. All that is really needed is a good release of the hands and pow! |
