Pull left

Over the past couple of rounds I've developed a severe pull to the left with my driver, 3 & 5 woods and hybrid off the tee, my irons seem to be fine though? I've also been pulling my 5 wood off the fairway. Is this a fault with my swing or set-up? I'm guessing it's the latter because my irons seem fine? Any thoughts?

Also, has anyone ever heard of or used the Levelhead golf neck-tie? I'm considering getting one to try stop myself from coming up through impact, everything else I've tried has failed so this is last resort.
