| Re: Do certain grips make that much difference? Grips can't add or take away from distance, UNLESS they are WAY too big or WAY too small. Even then, it's a bit of control you will lose more than distance. Grips are all about feel and what is right for you. Your hands are the only part of your body that makes contact with the club, so the grip has to be comfortable, you need to have a secure feeling and most importantly, they must fit you correctly. |

I think your absolutely right, I'm hitting the ball as long as I ever have even though as I mention in another thread I'm not hitting the center of the club face yet. The distance is better than my Ignite but doesnt feel as good when I tee off. I guess it was that it felt better and more comfortable with the Winn grips than the stock grips. Thanks for the input. |
