| Cannot hit driver, or any kind of wood Hello, This is my first post here. For the last year or so, I have not been able to hit my driver, or any kind of utility wood, etc, and have been forced to tee off with my 3-iron, which ends up going about 210, and leaving me difficult approach shots. I am fairly consistent with my irons, but whenever I pick up a wood, I hit anything from a huge duck-hook, to a wicked slice, and will hit a good one about once every 20 shots. I have come to a point where I will not even take it out of the bag and try to hit it. I think a lot of the problem may be psychological, but obviously not 100% of it. I know there isn't much you can tell me without seeing my swing (which I don't have a video of currently), but I was hoping for some swing tips/thoughts that you guys may have to offer on the differences between hitting the driver and an iron. Your help is MUCH appreciated!!!!! |
