Growth?

I am 14 years old and currently play off a handicap of 21 although until recently I was consistently playing below this by a quite a few shots. In the last few weeks however my consistency seems to have completely deserted me and I can strike nothing out of the middle or reasonably straight. When I do manage to catch one properly however it seems to go 15 yards further than I've normally ever hit it before. At 14 I think the reason might be rapid growth, I am now 6 foot and feel a lot stronger than ever before but all my co-ordination is off. Might a growth spurt be the case?

That is really tall. You may need specially fitted clubs.

believe me. there is no way that you have grown so much in such a short space of time. maybe???????? your mind is on other things at your age.

6 feet isn't " really " tall . you just have a lot of things going on in your life right now. things will eventually settle . trust me. so don't go making any big changes in your game ..good luck
