| Initiating Downswing-Left Leg I read in a previous post that the left leg must be straight for the hips to turn, rather than slide. So is it a good idea to initiatiate the downswing by straightening the left leg, provided I am able to shift my weight over? |

| Re: Initiating Downswing-Left Leg One of my drills is to feel that I push down on my left heel as I start down with my shoulders staying back. This transfers the weight and gets the right shoulder axis tilt as you start down Do this with half swings first to get a feel for it and make sure your arms are extended down the target line at the halfway through point |
