every shot going right

can anyone help me , im a high handicaper about 21 and lately every shot i hit goes right , its like a constant slice can anyone help me with a few simple tips dont want to overload the brain , thanks in advance

1) check your grip - may be too weak
2) check your alignment - you may be aimed that way
3) Ball position - may be to far back in your stance - tends to cause shot to the right, too far foward shots to the left.

hi john
i had this problem with shorter irons because i had ball too far back in stance once i moved it up to the centre my shots went straight!

Yep experiment with the ball position. Move it very small increments at a time and find a way to EXACTLY eyeball where the ball is in relation to your feet or whatever so you KNOW where the ball is each time. Then once you have the ball where you can hit it the right way, you'll know how to set up your shot each time. Once you think you have it test it by walking away, coming back and hitting a different club or whatever then go back to your set up and see if it works.

I did this with my drive setup and now I know it will work. I takes the nerves out of the equation. Now I walk up, set up throw the club back over my shoulder and swing through. It's not perfected yet but holy smokes it works better than it ever did, I hit a drive tonight that must have carried 220 yards and rolled another 20 or so. I've never hit drives well before.
