Re: How to keep head still?

I'm thinking if you do it properly and after hitting 100-200 balls, you should at least feel some strain, as in like muscle workout, on certain parts of your body? For me I don't feel any stretch/strain or muscle workout at all, only part of my body which feels anything are the fingers actually :P I guessing I must not be swinging properly..

Re: How to keep head still?

I can hit 200 balls and not feel a muscle strain, but does this mean im not swinging right. NO!

You dont want muscle strains simon! That would mean ur doing something wrong more than right!

Hi Ricky.
i have to disagree with you, on the sole basis that i am 41 years old and if i'm work on a specific part of my game for long periods, i deffinately ache for a while afterwards.

Re: How to keep head still?

Haha.. You guys know what I'm driving at If I am working a particular group of muscles properly as I should if I hit 100-200 full shots, I should at least feel something there after that. So I am wondering if I am not feeling anything at all, could I then be adjusting my swing all this while for comfort instead of power/correctness?
