"trouble" shots going right

i have no idea why my shotz are starting to push to the right about 75% of the time....i refuse to start aiming more left(completely out of the ?).....i am currently focusing on coiling more with shoulders and keeping my lower body still....could it be that i am not turning my hips into the shots and let the arms follow......i feel like i might be sliding forward as oppose to turning......

PLEASE help have a CHURCH outing coming up and i have to hold my weight on the team.......

i have a 1plane swing if that might help.......when i got my swing analysis they told me that i have very few problems at the top of my backswing....it actually matched tour specs.....LOWER body another story

MY ISSUES: waist tilt, right leg straight.......SERIOUS CASTING but i am getting better with it i GUESS

Re: "trouble" shots going right

You mentioned it yourself but I would guess you have a lateral hip slide. If you swing with an object such as a bag or chair in front of your left hip (for righties) so that you don't slide too far forward, this should help.

Re: "trouble" shots going right

a couple of suggestions: asuming right handed

1) soften your grip to help release the club - should be about 2 out 10 max grip strength

2) check to make sure your right elbow is pointing down towards your right hip on the backswing and not flailing out behind you. If the elbows separate and the right elbow gets stuck behind you it is hard to release the club properly.

3) Make sure your are following throught to the left side.

Re: "trouble" shots going right

when i got my swing analysis i iwas told that i dont shift my weight back and that my weight never leaves my front foot.....so i have been concentrating to feeling weight on back foot but something else usually drops off.....

i know the drills just need to commit to doing them

Re: "trouble" shots going right
