| Re: Question on chunking... Hi Jrock. Weight transfer can be a tricky subject , too much and we sway, too little and we reverse pivot. Try this drill. stick an umbrella or an old golf shaft into the ground so that it points vertically upwards but just angle it slightly towrds you. Now take your normal set up while just touching the umbrella with the outside of your right foot.( assuming you are right handed ). Now take some backswings and aim to just touch the umbrella with your hip. Repeat this until you get a feel for the correct weight transfer. If you can , why not incorporate this drill into your practice sessions for a while. Soon you will ingrain a feeling for the correct weight transfer. Good luck mate.
