Staying Sharp in the Offseason!

I live in Illinois, and the end of the golf season here is coming way to soon. Anyone have any tips on staying sharp in the offseason. I usually go to the indoor dome right by my house and practice my swing, chip and putt. I also plan on getting myself into a good workout routine over the winter, so i can start the season out strong. I play competitively, and I haven't had a consistent wourout regimine. Does anyone have some good golf specific excersises that I can do? And some driil to keep my swing sharp would also be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
