Greg Norman's Secret or Rick Smith's Swing Glove?

I interested in trying one of these out just to see if I am casting or releasing properly. Would anyone recommend one over the other and why?

i don't think either would fix with casting..... with the swing glove it just keeps your left wrist flat and you can cock and uncok the wrist but casting is uncocking the wrist early so that is still posable with the glove on. the secret helps you keep your right wrist cupped into impact, i think that might helps casting a bit. they both help with swatting...... to help casting just remember you can't hit the ball from the top so don't try, just unwind from your feet up and only when your club gets to about parrelel with the target then release.

I use Greg Norman's "The Secret" all the time. I wouldn't have thought it would help with casting but after using it, I think that you might be surprised.

By keeping the wrist cupped (the essence of Greg Willis's right hand drill) it kind of encourages you to start the swing with the LATERAL movement (not rotational, aka spinning out) of the hips. And after you have made a few of these swings you will be amazed at what this kind of swing feels like.
