| A little help Please!! Rh Drill I have been working on the right hand drill for a few weeks now, amd I have to say it works wonders. My only problem is using this up down motion. I'm not quite sure when to release my hands. Should I release once my hands have passed the ball or before. I've been releasing when i get to hip height, with inconsistent results. Is that too soon? I still tend to hit the ball fat and thin sometimes. I don't feel like I'm coming up out of the shot or losing my spine angle, but I will have to have someone watch my swing to verify this. I tried to find some video of this but I can't find one that justifies an answer... Any help would be apprecited. Thanks, Nick |

| Re: A little help Please!! Rh Drill You really shouldn't be forcing a release. They will unhinge as you rotate and whip your shoulders around. That will drop the arms, and the centrfical force will let the hands/wrists unhinge. Have light grip pressure. This allows a free flow hinge to operate. If you feel this is still a problem and you can't time your idea of this release, then to put it in terms that I think you want, when the hands are about hip hight is when you can let them go at the ball. |
