| Mid Irons?? How? Great time driving the ball, 9I-SW no problem, chipping great, putting OK. The 5-7I ate me up. Had 42 on the front coming back my 6I I was hitting low and thin. A par 3 I used my 7I and almost shanked it, it went weak right I ended with a 95.I couldn't get the feel of the mid irons at all. This is a common problem I have after hitting a good drive and 150 to the pin I pull out my 6I and it won't get the ball up in the air. Move it back and punching it is my only remedy. Take me from standing over the ball. Where should it be , left heel, middle? I'm lost as to the problem. Of course on the practice range off the turf they get up with a little draw. Maybe I'm just worn out on the last few holes ![]() |
