| Re: One piece swing- a simple question For me, I like the simplicity. Back is shoulders. Hips stay as still as you can make your back streach. This winds up the spring. Then to let the spring supercharge in the downswing, use the hips first and that starts the chain reaction to the shoulders, arms and hands. |
