Need some quick advice needed!

Hello! I am a 10 handicapper and i used to hit my irons very sweetly but recentely a shank has worked its way into my game! i know its happening because on impact i am getting myself and my hands through before the clubhead therefore the clubface is very open on impact.

Does any one have any idea's on how to resolve this problem?
