| Hand pain after playing I'm a right handed golfer who uses the "baseball grip"---only been playing about six months, but am recently experiencing pain in my left hand, in the small finger/knuckle joint area....is this due to incorrect grip, too much pressure holding the club? I am sometimes aware of feeling the club grip "throw out" a little from under that finger on my throughswing----would this be alleviated by trying a different grip? |
