Slicing tip that helped me..

Just thought i would share this with you. I have most of the time sliced my drives off the tee.But i have noticed that my follow through only goes to approx 10 o'clock position.i am hitting the ball maybe around the 200-220 mark. But now i am making sure of following through with my driver and 9 out of 10 drives goes dead straight. But whilst taking my shot i have to tell myself to follow through to make sure i do it. I have been doing this for the last couple of weeks now and i am starting to do it automatically now with a good finishing stace aswell that comes naturally.

Re: Slicing tip that helped me..

Slicing is mostly due to an open clubface at impact. This is a great way some to close the face but it might not work for everyone. I know from when I used to be a bad slicer that closing the club face at impact was one of the hardest things to do. Even though I knew what I was doing wrong I still kept messing up. It takes a while to make yourself do something with your golf swing, it's much easier when a pro teaches you.

Good post though, should work for many people who can't cure their slice.

Thanks for the tip. I found this site helpful in my search to end the slice.
