irish person vip need help plz

im just after coming out of a serious back injury but im pretty young.im going to a golf academy which charges me 50 euro ive had two short game lessons so far and now im going for a long game lesson.im wondering could you giver me a few drills or help to practice before so he does not have to go over my fundamentals .thanks

I would suggest not doing anything other then what they will tell you. Trying anything now will only hinder in your way of allowing another approach to what is going to the best type of instruction...hands on, real time. On line guessing is free, but never perfect.

just attend the lesson and do the things you normally do
if your fundamentals are sound then the pro wont have to get you to change them.

If you find it expensive, do shop around. Like Greg & Slater said you need real one to one training not advice & tips from left, right & center. Also make sure they spend time teaching you to build up your physical level before even concentrating on golfing technique. It preventive approach since you just got out of back injury.
