| Re: Ball Placement Question the ball back in your stance will produce a lower trajectory. I have some to find out with the lower clubs the farther the ball is in your stance it will produce a little more spin that it is farther up. Usually if i have a tight pin placement and i just want to throw it up and land it i play the ball up but if i have green to play with i play it back and play it back to get it on the green and roll. As far as finding ball placement, you should play around at the range to find what is comfortable for you. I was taught by my local pro to play it off where there is a logo on my shirt and then move my right leg back according to the club. This helps me hit threw the ball, i beileve jack nickalus used this type of ball placement |

| Re: Ball Placement Question Yes, ball back in stance creates lower trajectory as the club is de-lofted. I have an article on this site referring to ball position. You may find it worth a read. http://www.golf-tuition-online.com/c...l#post10538626 (Now! Where Should I place This Ball?) |
