Stay Low

My coach told me to stay low through my follow through to prevent lifting and possibly skying the ball. Im having trouble getting used to do this and was wondering if anyone had any drills to help me stay low and swing through in my follow through?

This is something I have to be constantly mindful of, and if I get tired or distracted it's the first thing to go.

Two things to think about: don't look up until you see the empty space where the ball was. See it become empty. And work on keeping the left arm straight through impact, and straightening the right arm as you swing through. Butch Harmon uses the image of "shaking hands with the target" and I find that helpful to keep me from chicken-winging.

One of the causes of lifting is lifting the head early through impact, this tends to lift everything else (spine, knee flex, shoulders). A great image is the head on a pillow after impact. Like this image:
