| Re: But is it POWER? This is Nick Bradley's "Step In Drill" it is a great drill to teach the transfer of weight from the right to the left side in the down swing. It does suggest that you start the move with your lead foot just prior to reaching the top, most top players do this to generate torque into the downswing and pull the arms, club and shoulders into an inside line. I think the quote you have is a little out of context with the authors meaning. |
