Great to watch and learn.

I really enjoy watching the top players perform and while watching them swing their clubs I look to see what they have in common. I'm sure you will all agree that the one big thing they do have in common is that they all finish their swing. I noticed another move they all seem to make, the right elbow on the downswing appears to brush the right hip bone. What is the reason for this move, just curious.

There are two reasons:

They have transferred their weight to the front leg and their hips have started to turn back through, this brings the right hip around and out so that the elbow is closer than on the backswing.

The arms will have dropped at the start of the downswing allowing the club to approach the ball from an inside path, the left arm will stay straight while the right maintains a bend until after impact, this brings the right elbow down towards the right hip.

Buteman:

The timing of that right elbow dropping toward and in sequence with the turning right hip is called golfs "Magic Move" by some guy named Harvey who taught a bit.

Finishing the swing is a sign that the player accelerated through the ball. This might not be a magic move but a good one to emulate for sure.
