i was playing an open at a course id not played before
the day started by having to let 2 groups through on the 1st tee because my playing partners were late then when i hit my 1st shot i blocked a 3wood right so i decided to play a provisional which i duly hooked OOB!
by now its pi**ing it down and that set the tone for the day.
play was quite slow through no fault of ours yet the group behind were bombing drives at us or hitting approach shots while we were putting out,
we had a verbal altercation as we passed on adjacent fairways and they didnt bother us after that.
i carded 102 only my short game saved any further embarrassment

in short i was cr*p
