| I tried this wedge out at the range today and here is what I think: Feel: A soft feel as you would expect, every shot you could feel the ball squeeze against the milled z groove face. Spin: If you are looking for high spin rate in a wedge then this smoke wedge must be considered. On a receptive green you had better drop it past the pin as this wedge will generate some serious zip. Look: I have never really been a big fan of the taylor made wedge head shape, but that is a very individual thing, and compared to some of the other designs on the market it falls within the classic shape you would expect from a top company like taylor made. Overall: The TaylorMade Z TP Smoke Wedge should be considered by any mid to low handicap player looking to get a wedge that will have a great feel and will generate a lot of backspin of struck well... hope this review helps you. | |||||||||||||||||||||
