| Re: First Eagle of 2008 I live in the North of England. I've played 4 rounds this year so far. The course is muddy and there is a standing water but it's playable. It was blowing a gale yesterday but that doesn't stop me ! ![]() |

| Re: First Eagle of 2008 nice one puttking i missed out on my 1st ever eagle on sunday, drove to just short of fringe on par4 and my chip hit the pin and rolled out to 3 foot which i putted for birdie |

| Re: First Eagle of 2008 This post reminded me of a couple of par 4’s that I rather forget but thought that I would share with everyone. I nailed two drives during the same game of golf, both on par 4’s just last Saturday. Both drives went 290 meters, both ended up right next to the greens. Par’d one and boggied the other---AHHHHHHHHHH…… Just goes to show, drive for show, putt for dough holds true… |
