coming along nicely

I've managed to get out about 4 times over the xmas period playing again sunday 4th.
Just joined a club and this my 7th round 110, 105, 115, 101,97, 94 and 92 on friday, just hope i keep up the improvement although i think these scores are a bit misleading cos they are on the winter tees and greens.
I'm not too long off the tee but my approach shots from under 100 yds and my chipping and putting for a beginner is quite good.
Just got to work on my long game not getting the yardage i would like but hopefully that will come in time.
I tend to slice my woods quite badly but not my irons i think i need to take a few lessons.
Just want to say thanks to this site i've changed my grip cos of the instruction and am hitting my irons pretty straight.
