| Fairway wood success! Finally! I went out and played 9 today - and all fairway woods were long and straight. No slices! I had read (most likely here) that if your shaft flex is too stiff, you can end up slicing the ball. So I decided to start taking a good rip at the ball with my woods, and voilą! Long, straight drives. 1w, 3w, 5w, didn't matter. (The downside is that I'm having trouble hitting down now). |
