Smile Best round ever (for Me)

As I am having rotator cuff surgery on monday 11/1/04 and won't be able to swing a golf club for some time I decided I should go out one more time before then. I went out on Wednesday the 27th of October and shot my best round ever. I shot an 84 which might not be impressive to alot of you low handicappers, but sure made me feel great, now while I am rehabiing from surgery and living through the cold Nebraska winter, I can think of that score and it will give me an incentive to rehab the shoulder must quicker.

Keep it in the short grass

Bob

Re: Best round ever (for Me)

Well done Bob, it must be the time of year for that. Just last week I matched my low round at my local course. I shot 68 over the full length set up in a really strong wind. It was my best round because I played it as well as I could have and with a bit of luck it could have been lower rather than the last time I shot 68 by scrambling well and lucking into a 68 which could have easily been 72 or 74.

I wish you a speedy recovery and a swift return to the course,

D.

Well done Brushbob,

Nothing wrong with 84 a great round, The only problem I find is no matter what you score it could always have been better if only i'd !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck with the opp

Re: Best round ever (for Me)

Well done Bob. I have just played my best game ever 102. So 84 is a long way for me and I am sure a lot of others.

Congrats again and rest well
