Re: 350 yrd Par 4 in One

no eagle, but i managed to avoid 'three stabbing' it!

It was one of those perfect tee shots, great strike, with a nice draw to it.

Re: 350 yrd Par 4 in One

Lately my driving has been going great and if I play any hole under 350 with wind behind me now I've stopped laying up ... for now and tried bombing it. A few weeks ago I almost got 3 hole in ones in one round, actually I didn't almost get 3 since I didn't even get 1. On two par 3's I was w/i 6 inches and on a 353 yard par 4 with 15-20 mph wind behind me I hit the ball to 12 inches, tap in eagle. This will be my 3rd summer playing and before my driving started getting better I'd only had 1 eagle in the first 2 summers. I got 2 last week in one round and I've got 7 eagles already this summer in about 30 rounds, no hole in one yet, hopefully before August I'll accomplish that feat!

Re: 350 yrd Par 4 in One

I had my first eagle at my 260 yard Par 4 16th. Perfect drive to 7 foot and the ball went in through the side door, phewww! Went on to shoot a respectable 81 and this was down to poor putting. If I get that sorted then it will only be a matter of time before I consistantly shoot in the 70s.

Ooohh, my bad sorry, this is your accomplishment. Congratulations on the superb drive. More to come I hope !
