i've been playing golf now for 6 months. things are going pretty good. I've dropped down to a 11 ish handicap in that time. no lessons. i played my best round of golf at Irene Country Club ( it's in South Africa, where i'm from) I played an 80!!

The thing about that round was, i never chipped in. Not pissed off about it, but when i played at Brits Country Club the other day, i chipped in twice! Once for birdie on a par 4 and the other for par on a horrible par 3.

Golf is a strange game.

Addictive though.

Oh i shot a 86 that day, even though i chipped in twice.

In the US. your handicap is calculated by the TEN best Rounds of your last 20. for your handycap to be 11 you would have to shoot low 80s on the ten calculated rounds. if 80 is your lowest ever? are you sure your +11 HC.?
